ANNEX A SELECTION OF FBDS ARRANGED ACCORDING TO THE INTERNATIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF DISEASESThe following grouping of FBDs is based on the modified Bryan classification (Table 1) and the ninth revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) 1.
